I’m Back! Since I last posted I’ve shot a wedding in Italy, spent a five days travelling around Andulucia in Spain shooting some truly spectacular Moorish architecture and spent a further five days in Seville (Spain) completing the final leg of my 2008 Next Level world tour! It’s been a ride and also rather gruelling on the body but I’m not complaining because for the most part I’ve enjoyed every single minute of it! Having returned home I spent the first couple of days recovering and tryng to get back in the swing of things and now I’m trying to respond to a mountain of emails, get through what seems like an endless amount of editing and tackle everything else that’s been at a standstill since I left. I’m so tempted to work on my images from Spain but I’m having to discipline myself as I have a list of clients waiting to see images from their big day. So please bear with me while I attempt to catch up with everything and I’d like to say a HUGE thank you to my wonderful clients who have been so very patient!
I was truly blessed to spend the afternoon with Alston and his lovely fiancee (now wife!) Marlene a few months ago to shoot their engagement session, they’ve already seen a previous version of this slideshow but I needed to finish off a few images before I could post it here. Enjoy the rest of your week and have a great weekend! I have lots in store for you!

Hey B, sounds like you had quite an adventure. Great set of images. I like how it is balanced with some really fun shots and also some great fashion and fine art images as well. Hurry and get through your stuff because I would like to see what you produced in Spain as well!! Thanks again for another dose of inspiration.

LOVE all the bright walls! Such a fashion-forward and hip shoot!
Brilliant! Last shot was the money!
Aww, Alston and the Mrs look fabulous! My favourite is pic 46, looks like they were totally oblivious to the world! Nicely done, and good luck with the rest!
Oh yeah the last shot is the KILLER shot for me .. so romantic … soulful.. a great one for a hallmark card … Electronic or print at best… Considering that tehya re focusing on diversity in imagery .. Maybe you should contact them (Hallmark) here is a Number for the card division; 816 274 5111
They are located in The states Missouri.. you should call about the procedures to get some of your imagery for fine art cards … etc.. and send them a few samples — I dare you to do this … and really if you come back empty handed I will not be your friend anymore. …ok well maybe not taht harsh… but there will still be consequences!!
…. are u up for the challenge:)!! …
more to come…
Hello!!! Very nice.
These were all wonderfully posed and your retouching excellent. Im not sure why so much use of an Asian umbrella is needed for this couple, one or two of the images with them was ok. We have to think hard when utilizing props. Scarfs add all sorts of drama and can change a look using different colors and umbrellas can work as long as they dont take away from the subject too much. You live in a country that has so much color and all sorts of great buildings already that you really dont need to add much to your photographs, your composition is always wonderful.
I always look forward to seeing your work as you have a great eye and the feeling and mood of each of your images comes through so well, just like a painters canvas, your work looks like great art!
